Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules can change, and we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment adjustments. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no‑shows, will forfeit the deposit and may be charged the full service amount.
Please ensure you book the correct service when scheduling. If you arrive expecting a service that requires more time than what was booked, we may need to reschedule, and the deposit will remain non‑refundable.
To honor the time of all guests and providers, clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may not be able to be accommodated. In these cases, the appointment will need to be rescheduled and the deposit will be forfeited.
